Usertesting: I am getting no tests

I just went through the whole Usertesting process and just received my first test that I qualified for. obviously, this was my first one and I am not the best yet. I got 3 stars, so my overall rating is 3.5. Ive had the Usertest website open all day and I have not received a single test. If I want my rating to be higher, I need tests to take.

I looked on their website and it says that your rating is calculated based off 12 tests, but I only have 2. So am I not getting tests because of my low score, or is it because how new my account is?
