Poppo live app is it a scam?

So recently a friend of mine discovered this app and basically it gives you points for streaming and accomplishing other daily tasks for a few hours, and those points can be redeemed for certain amount of money. I tried searching it but couldn't find any thing about it what can you tell me about it, is it a scam?
