Tremendous Visa card balance

Hello,

I want to view the balance of a Tremendous Visa card I was awarded for doing the survey. (I think I used it once after I activated it.) However, the card is linked to the email account of my former employer, which I cannot access anymore. Tremendous tech support has not been helpful. Any advice?
