OneOpinion paused my account after contacting customer support

Contact OneOpinion a few days ago complaining that I got redirected to an error page turning out not being qualified despite being completing it, even after telling me I was qualified.

Today I got a reply that my account is being paused after they reply my issue.

We apologize for the account issues you are experiencing. As a market research company, we have a responsibility to our clients to ensure we are providing quality survey data. With this in mind, we have many intensive systems we use in order to validate our members and their participation in our surveys.

Based on what we are seeing on our end, your account has been flagged. At this time, we do not have a direct resolution for this, and we cannot currently provide you with surveys.

We apologize for any inconvenience, and wish you the best going forward.

Thank you for your patience.

I did say it was the survey, not the account issue. I have about $21 on my account before it was paused. Also my account got suspended on QuickThoughts so I property not gonna end up signing up another survey site by Dynata again.

Is anyone getting this similar experience? Is there's a way to solve it? Member Care says it has been paused temporarily.
