ad gem issues on mobile games

I recently downloaded a remastered game from years ago and want to participate in the adgem rewards located within the game. The links dont work on safari or chrome. I go to their website and hit create an account, select player, but its just information and no actual way to set up an account. How do I go about completing the rewards. I am on IOS.
