alternative to triaba cint surveys

since opinionapp was disabled I sometimes have issues login into triaba Web page on my phone, maybe it's the phone unusual screen. I am looking for other websites direct providers of cint surveys and only cint surveys (no GPT please). If you already know they support Portugal would be great
