Srt workspace account closed

Hey guys! Did anyone experience this. Today i opened my srt to start working on uolo project (appen) then i noticed it asked me to sign in. I entered my name@fb.appen.com email and a window popped stating that my workplace account has been closed. I didn’t receive any quality notice and i also finished my weekly hours. I sent the support a ticket but they won’t respond till monday. So what do you guys think?
