Paidviewpoint - can’t log in from tablet (iPad) but can from laptop

Anyone having a problem logging into Paidviewpoint since they changed their site? I can access from my lap top but not from my tablet. I get a message I’ve been blocked on there which is a security thing! I don’t want to lose my account on this one, it’s my fav!
