Amazon shopper panel put my already existing account on the waitlist?

I checked my Amazon shopper app today and it put my account on a waitlist. Ive been actively using this account for the past 7 months but its treating it like a new account now. Is this happening to anyone else? Anyone know how to fix it? :,(
