Anyone else get stuck when entering a dscout mission?

Yesterday I accepted a diary mission and filled out the forms. It loaded for like 5 minutes after I signed everything so I closed and reopened the app, when I pressed "accept mission invite" it just goes back to the consent form and it says I signed everything. There's no button to begin the work and I'm forced to press cancel and go back to the mission details screen.

I contacted the researcher and they said there's nothing they can do. Should I reach out to dscout support? I'm not sure how long they take to respond
