CardCash question

I haven’t been able to find an answer for this, but about 3 weeks ago (at the end of December), I gave info on two Starbucks gift cards and received money from them in the format I requested.

I keep checking the balance on the gift cards and Starbucks says each one still has a balance. Has anyone had this experience before? Is it an error? Does it just mean no one has bought the balances from CardCash yet?
