Non US citizen, based outside of US etc. - whats best platform for side giggs?

Which platforms can i use that pays out in hard-cash into PayPal. I am not such a great fan of Amazon gift cards etc. Some platforms says worldwide - but actually exclude certain regions...lol...TIA
