Appen vs Welocalize

Hello, I recently got hired as Search Quality Rater at Welocalize. I'm also on the process of Yukon on Appen. Which one do you think better to work with?

I'm from Japan and I couldn't find anybody who work with these companies so would like to hear opinions as much as I can😊
