Rebatesme has wrong times for Shopping Trips?

Does anyone know why the list of Shopping Trips on Rebatesme will be like 12+ hours wrong?

Like I just did a shopping trip on 8/31/23 10:30AM EST but it says I did it on 8/30/23 6:30PM PST which is 16 hours off from my time.

I think eventually over time especially when it tracks, it does eventually correct the day/time but it seems odd to even get the day wrong like that.
