Why does appen dont send me any project?

Hi guys, i have signed into appen about 3/2 weeks ago and till this day i have not received any project to work on. On the day i subscribed only 3 projects appeared to me, i got desqualified from 2 and the other i didnt even try bc i didnt attend to their requirements. But why i dont get any more projects to work? Could it have something to do with my location (Brasil)? I already verified my account, put most information that i could about myself and yet nothing appeared
