Opinions on Survey Merchandiser

Hi, I have downloaded the app but have not done any of the offers for Survey Merchandiser. Can you choose just one or do you need to do all of the jobs in a bundle? How is the pay rate and paying at regular times. I don't remember why but a friend of mine told me that you need insurance or something to work for them? She might be confused, but I haven't really done a lot of research, so thought I might gain some insight here, as a place to start.
