Lifepoints.. can't cashout or redeem

Need help please!! I can't cashout in lifepoints, there's always an error that pops up everytime I try to cashout, it says "Panelist Cannot redeem", and the way you try to redeem stuff has a new design compared to the old one, they don't ask any details anymore...
