Swagbucks: Does the "Prepaid Mastercard" reward have any stupid fees?

One of the redemption rewards on Swagbucks is a prepaid Mastercard which SOUNDS like a really sweet deal, but I know that a lot of prepaid cards charge all sorts of obnoxious per-transaction or other administrative fees. I could see that making the card less valuable than, say, Amazon credit.

I see that there's a monthly maintenance fee (seems standard), but I haven't found any other information. Has anybody used this redemption? Were there hidden fees?
