Rev Type Site For Voice Over/Acting?

Does anybody know of any sites structured like Rev that allow you to see a list of jobs and submit your work? I recently got into voice acting but the audition process on Casting Call Club is very lengthy, so I was hoping there might be somewhere with a much quicker turnaround time
