Problem Signing in with Mturk

I have my account and got my confirmation email, but when making my Amazon pay account I keep getting a “there was an error. See the highlighted field for more information” message. All of the fields are complete, I even put in my city manually instead of letting my zip code do it. Is this a temporary thing? Or should I contact Amazon support?
