MaxRebates hasn't paid me for almost six months

See title. I found this site on CashbackMonitor and they keep giving me the run around via customer service.

Every single email response just blames the merchant, of all people! Yet, they're the ones advertising the merchant and payout, and the merchant when contacted says everything is of course OK on their end.

This site has little to no intention on paying out and tries to drive users away to pad their pockets.
