Everyone else unable to login to Appen even after they say it was resolved on the status page on December 20th?

https://status.appen.com/ says there are no issues now, but I get a system error every time I try to login for days now. I read some potential solutions online that say to try clearing cache/cookies, using incognito mode, etc but I can't get in. I tried to make a new account just to test and that had the same problem. What's going on?
