Eureka surveys cash out not recieved

I cashed out 2 times on Eureka and received both emails of the confirmation telling me i will receive them in 48 hours it has now been 72 hours and i have not received nothing i also contacted support and it said they will respond in 24 hours its been nearly 48 hours and no response from them someone please direct me share your experience if this has happened to you on eureka surveys and tell me how you fixed the issue and got you cash out
