Buying from a low-cost retailer, reselling for markup - ethical?

I live in an area that sells reasonably high-quality products for very cheap, and they often look and feel like they would go for much higher.

Would it be ethical and legal for me to buy items from that store in bulk and then sell them individually for much higher through a site like eBay?

I'm not going to share how much I paid nor will I share that I bought them retail, but I also won't be lying and say I bought them for $200 when I only got them for $20.
