Has anyone done the Offertoro Easybet24 offer for around 40+ dollars?

I completed this offer but didn't yet receive any reward. I have been reading pretty bad things about offertoro and it is making me a bit nervous since I did have to spend 20euros. If anyone has done it, did you ever get your rewards?
