What does this text mean ? {"message":"No Headers set"}

I’m trying to do surveys online for rewards on superpayme with one of their paid survey sponsors via BitLabs and everytime I finish a survey and don’t get disqualified (completely through) it get this message and no reward. Any help ? I’ve been trying forever to find their contact page or any sort of FAQ and nothing at all.. seems like they don’t really want to be contacted lol
