Error on CashWalk

Hello! I was trying to redeem my 1500 coins for the first time on CashWalk and it gives me the error "you have inappropriately attempted redemption" but I've just now got to the 1500 balance to redeem (1608 at time of this post) is this normal? Does this app just not pay anymore?
