How long does swagbucks support typically take to respond?

Submitted a ticket a week ago that my country was set to the wrong one, forgot my VPN was on when I signed up and it used that country instead of the real one.

Want to start participating but don't want to waste time only to get denied a payout because my country was set to the incorrect one.
