ProductReportCard didn’t pay me (first time ever). Anyone else experiencing payout issues lately?

Been using ProductReportCard for a couple years and do decent on it. For a while now, you get your payouts as an Amazon gift code. I requested my most recent $25 payout about 2 and a half weeks ago, it was approved, but I never got it. Anyone else experiencing any issues lately getting paid? I’m close to another payout and plan to request a payout and see what happens before I contact them.
