Can't create a swagbucks account

I'm trying to create an account on swagbucks, but when I insert my email and password, it says that an account already exists? Tried different email, but still getting the same thing, reset password also doesn't work. I see the support times are long so maybe someone knows or has had this error before? Thanks.
