UserTesting sign up error?!

Got the app downloaded and trying to sign up. When I get to the last page to choose a Username and Password, I click the button at the bottom and tells me "Something went wrong, Please try again later"

Has anyone had the same experience? Or any tips to be able to get passed this? Customer service wasn't any help yet.
