Only making 0.2/min on Mode Earn App

I've been using Mode Earn App for a few days now. Downloaded a few games but mostly listening to music and even with boosters on the rate has never gone above 0.3/min. It's usually 0.2/min. I've seen on other threads that people are earning far more. Am I doing something wrong? BTW I'm in South Africa so I don't know if that's the cause.
