First User Testing - Two Stars

I just received two stars for evaluating a Ralph Lauren app. I spent 30 minutes answering questions and out of nowhere, received two stars. I know I answered the questions about the app correctly. Feedback "Instructions weren't followed. Did not properly answer the questions."

It's my first rating. Is there anything I can do? I'm gutted.
