Unable to log in to Forthright

I love taking Forthright surveys, but for a while now, I've been unable to log in to my account to cash out. (I have been able to still take surveys, though, through email links). Whenever I try to log in, I get a message that says "Verifying you are human. This may take a few seconds." - but the page never advances, though the spinning wait cursor keeps going infinitely. I've tried on mobile and on two different browsers. I've tried emailing them about this, and they just told me to clear my cookies and cache and try again, but this hasn't solved my problem.

Anyone else having this issue? Any ideas? Thanks!
