Adgate Phone Number Verification

I'm trying to download a game on Adgate but it wants my phone number to send me a verification code. I try to enter it, but the send code button is greyed out and won't accept anything. I have tried going through the website, texting the link, scanning the QR code, and emailing a link. This is as far into the process as I can get, but if I can't get the code, I can't download the game.
