Perksky-Can't log in and they won't respond to my e-mails

Anyone have any contacts at Perksy? I signed up and did enough surveys to earn a $25 GC-then I started having trouble logging in. I have not changed my e-mail or cell phone number. I get daily survey invites-I am asked for my name and get a message saying that a code is being sent to me via text. No text ever arrives.
