Can you delete an app after you get to the right level?

Hi,

I apologize in advance if this questiobn has already been asked. Lets say you needed to get to level 30 to get the reward money b8ut swagbucks doesn't pay out for 30 days. Do you have to leave that app on your phone until you get the reward or can you delete it?
