Paid to walk/run

I remember a thread on here about an app that paid you to complete walking/running challenges. You would enter challenges for X amount of miles in a certain time, and everyone that completed the task would get everyone's money that didn't complete it.

Also, if anyone knows what app it is, have you had any technical issues like it not paying out or anything?
