What next after my first UserTesting test.

I got accepted to do UserTesting tests and was wondering if anyone had an estimate on how long it takes for your first test to get reviewed and then how long after it'll take you to get more tests. I've seen some people say that it can take 7-10 days to get more tests after you complete your first one and others say they were able to more immediately.
