Trying to find a company but cannot recall their name for anything!

I've seen it on Ratrace and Craigslist. Basically you call customer service and pretend you need a quote or something and you rate the call and write it out (I think) and then you email and they review and pay you. I think it's like $5 a call? But I cannot for the life of me remember the company or anything. Help?

Also, I tried searching both sites with keywords, but nothing is returning that matches it.
