Car videos data collection project

Has anyone heard of a car video data collection project where you are required to shoot a 360 degree video (30-90s) of non-commercial cars. I saw a job posting on a Facebook group and am really interested to find out where I can apply for the actual job as a collector to avoid collecting for someone offering 5-10% of the actual rate. This specific job is Worldwide (outside North America).
I've already checked Appen, OneForma, Telus, Upwork, Teemwork Ai, Transperfect etc... to no avail.
