Why would UserTesting reject an applicant?

So I just told my friend to get on UserTesting because they pay decently and pay through paypal but they were rejected. Do you know any reason why they would reject someone(besides the obvious) and are the tests to apply different when applying on PC and on a smartphone? Thanks.
