Feedback on Elliott Benson surveys

I was set to do a 2-hour zoom with a company through Elliot Benson surveys this morning. I had been put through the ringer already to qualify and was waiting for 12 minutes for the host to start the chat. I emailed the company and have so far gotten no response. I also called the number that they say to contact and left a message. I went back into the email with the zoom link they sent me and saw that they actually had sent me two different zoom links through our emailing back and forth. I tried both links and still nobody is on the other end apparently. Has anybody had an experience like this with this company?
