Something always bugged me about IT survey providers.

I don't know what data they are getting, but it always bugged me how these IT surveys mainly the high paying ones expect you to be a company CEO with 1 billion+ in revenue in order to qualify to their surveys... as if a CEO sitting in his mansion would answer a $1 survey in a beermoney site. So I'm wonder do these Survey providers know they are getting a shit data or they don't care ?
