Has anyone got experience with having a low rating on UserTesting (3 stars)

2 days ago I received a hidden rating that dropped me to 3 stars. I’m not sure why so hopefully it’s removed by UserTesting. But in the mean time I haven’t received a single screener. Is this just the reality of being rated low or am I just extremely unlucky?
