Crowdsurf: No labor cloud (Work Market) for International Applicants

Hi! Who has recently applied for crowdsurf as an international applicant here? I can't seem to find the labor cloud for international transcribers in the work market. Did anyone encounter this kind of issue too? Please help. I really want to work in Crowdsurf because unlike other transcription websites, they let transcribers work on short audio files.
