Upvoice account flagged right after withdrawal

I was using Upvoice on my work computer for a few weeks every single workday and my redemption request got flagged and my account got removed. I emailed them why and they literally said sorry I don't know why since the flagging system is automated and can't be reversed. and that's it. really really stupid company
