PollPay payout issue

Is anyone else currently waiting to receive a payout from PollPay?. I cashed out for 2 £10 Amazon cards on the 13th but they are still showing as requested, I sent support an email but received no reply, upon looking at there reviews on TrustPilot it seems there customer service is virtually non existent and rather than reply they will just permanently ban you
