Zogo not sending gift cards?

I've redeemed $30 worth of gift cards from Zogo. They say it can take 24-48 hours for the gift card to be emailed to you and to check your spam for it just in case. It's been 2 weeks, multiple contact attempts, and checking my spam folder. Still nothing.

Has anyone had success in receiving their gift cards from Zogo recently?
