Using GetUpside with Digital Wallets

Greetings,

Wanted to ask if anyone has an experience using this app and paying via digital wallets. Last time I paid using a regular credit card at the pump, it tracked within 2 days with no issues.

This time I paid using the gas station's app/digital payment, so it asked me to submit a receipt. I submitted the receipt and the amount is still pending. This purchase was made back on December 26th.

Is there just an unusually long pending time for this or am I SOL? Thanks!
